Food Services: August 25 is the deadline to submit choice of menus and pre-pay for the month of September
Thank you for your patience as we worked to setup our foodservice program at Ivy Prep. We are working to make this process as simple as possible, so we really appreciate your patience.
SEPTEMBER BREAKFAST & LUNCH MENUS
(After opening the document, to print the forms use the "Print" command of your browser)
Please review the menus with your scholars, select which days she will be eating and complete the pre-payment invoice and submit to Angelia Howell by August 25, 2008. September menus and pre-payment forms are also available at the schools office.
You will notice an increase of $.50 in the amount to be paid for meals. The increase corresponds to the cost for milk which was left out in August.
NOTE: All meals are pre-paid for the entire month. We do not have the flexibility to offer daily payment for our meals. The caterer that we are using requires us to pre-pay a month in advance.

Volunteer @ Ivy Prep
We have great volunteering opportunities in the following areas:
- Drop-off and Pick-up Attendants - during drop-off in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon. Drop-off starts at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up starts at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Attendants should plan to arrive 15 minutes before greeting and dismissal times.
- Breakfast & Lunch Monitors - First lunch group starts at 11:20 to 11:50 and the second group starts at 12:20 to 12:50. Volunteers should plan to arrive at the school 15 minutes before the shift.
- Teacher Support - tasks depend on teacher's needs
